We have run small businesses ourselves. Every decision that got you here was made with the best information you had, and we are not here to tear down what you built to survive.
You see something working in days, not a scoping document in weeks. We would rather build the small version and let you react to it than spend a month guessing at what you meant.
Most of our conversations never use the word AI. You do not have an AI problem, you have an inventory problem or a scheduling problem, and that is the one we go after.

Most of our clients are small to mid-size businesses — typically 5 to 100 employees — where the founder or ops lead is still wearing too many hats. That said, the problems we solve aren't size-dependent. If your team is burning hours on work that should be automated — or if there's a team or division in your larger company that you think could benefit from incorporating AI — we can probably help.
We start every engagement with a conversation. We want to understand how your business actually runs and where time is being wasted. Fresh eyes go a long way. That usually happens over Zoom, but for larger projects we'll spend a day or two in person. From there we build a plan and implement it. Everything we build, you own and can run without us. That said, many clients keep us on a retainer to keep developing AI across their org.
Whatever fits. We're not tied to any one platform. We work with tools you already use — Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, custom APIs — and build around them, not against them.
Yes. We've worked with companies across healthcare, financial operations, professional services, and more. The specific industry matters less than the problem. If your team is doing repetitive work, managing messy data, or duct-taping systems together, we can help. We work deeply in our discovery phase to understand the unique elements of your industry, including security, legal, and compliance requirements. If we don't believe we can serve you, we'll let you know.
We're here to make more space for humans to do their best work. That means automating the stuff nobody wants to do so your team can focus on what actually matters. We get close to our clients and their teams because we care about people, not just process. We believe any human who replaces themselves with a better system will always have a place.
It depends on what we build, so we talk through data handling before writing code rather than after. Generally that means the systems we build aren't wired to an AI model provider, sensitive pages sit behind access controls, and we lean on established platforms for authentication, payments, and hosting rather than rolling our own.
